Who we are
First Lien Capital is a privately held investment firm focused on distressed and special-situation real estate and mortgage assets. Across multiple market cycles, the firm and its principals have acquired, managed, and resolved residential and commercial portfolios: non-performing and re-performing mortgages, commercial real estate debt, and real property, with a disciplined, borrower-aware approach.
