Recently, my team secured over 100 reverse mortgage loans from HUD in a single, strategic acquisition – a deal that not only delivers long-term returns but also breathes new life into the communities connected to these properties.
This was not a lucky strike.
It was the result of targeted market analysis, disciplined bidding strategy, and a deep understanding of the HUD auction process.
